Frame design
The frame is made of galvanized hollow sheet steel profiles and solid corner connections. The structural units are consisting of one or more sections, which are joined and bolted at site. The tightness of the casing is according to DIN EN 1886. The frame construction makes it possible to disassemble and reassemble units so that they can be installed on new sites or replacement projects where access is difficult.
Profiles and casing
Casing double skinned in thickness of 30 or 50 mm, made of galvanized sheet steel, smooth walled, with insulation material class A1, non-combustible according to DIN 4102. Other panels, e.g. in thickness 100 mm or thermal break free profile in panel thickness 50 mm are available on request.
Unit sizes 2-120: Inner side of panels is made of galvanized sheet steel, outside surface coated in RAL-shade 5012 light blue or galvanized on request.
